We are not shipping to third parties due to age verification requirements.

REFUNDS
Once the order is shipped there are NO REFUNDS. Because DVDs are susceptible to copying, all sales are final once the products are shipped.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?:
First off, we apologize if you received an item that does not work. If your item is defective, please send it back to us within thirty (30) days of your receiving it. We will gladly replace it with another copy of the same item. Because DVDs are susceptible to copying, all sales are final once the products are shipped. We accept exchanges only for defective DVDs

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?:
If you receive an incorrect item, DO NOT OPEN IT!! Because DVDs are susceptible to copying, all sales are final once the products are shipped. Please send it back to us within thirty (30) days of your receiving it. We will gladly replace it with the correct item(s). We will not refund the purchase or exchange it for a different item.

MISSING SHIPMENTS
If you do not receive your order within the maximum amount of time specified for the shipping method you selected, we will gladly reship your order. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. If your order was shipped via FedEx/UPS and confirmed as delivered, we will trace the package before we ship a replacement

All orders received before 2:00pm PST will be shipped same day. After 2:00pm will ship the next business day. This is regardless of selected shipping method. UPS service is not available on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM Central Time on Friday, over the weekend, or on holidays will ship the next working day. No shipping on Thanksgiving Day and the day after (Nov. 23-24), Christmas Day (Dec. 25), and New Year's Day (Jan. 1). All Domestic orders will require a signature upon delivery

A street address and telephone number are required for UPS shipping. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders listing a P. O. Box as the shipping address and requesting UPS Next Day or 2nd Day service will automatically be shipped via USPS Express Mail and be subject to delay.
